Rez's Pasta Puttanesca

| 1 package | Trader Joe's Lemon-Pepper pasta , cooked |
| 3 roasted red peppers , diced | |
| 2/3 cup | kalamata olives , diced |
| 1 1/2 tbs | capers , rinsed |
| 1 | yellow onion , diced |
| 2 cloves | garlic , diced |
| 1 teaspoon | dried basil |
| 2 | bay leaves |
| 1 tsp | red pepper flakes |
| 2 cans | diced tomatoes |
| Pepper |
Saute the onion and garlic for 5 min
Add the olives and capers and cook for 2 min
Add tomatoes and spices
Simmer until reduced by about 1/3
Dont forget to remove the bay leaves!
Serve over Lemon-Pepper pasta
