Dana's Noodle Salad

1 package | 5-spice tofu, julienned and cut in half |
2/3 package | bean sprouts, flash boiled |
1 bunch | scallions, VERY thinnly julienned |
1/3 cup | dried tree fungus, soaked in boiling water until soft then rinsed |
1/4 cup | black vinegar |
2tbsp | sugar |
1 tsp | garlic, crushed |
1 tsp | ginger, crushed |
2tbsp | chili oil |
1/4 cup | sesame oil |
1/2 tsp | salt |
2 bunches | bean thread noodle, boiled, cut into 1/3 length |
1) Heat garlic, ginger, and chili oil over medium heat for about 3 min until aromatic
2) Mix everything together and adjust flavor to taste
3) Marinate in refrigerator for about 30 min
