Spiced Pear Smoothie

1 | banana, cut into chunks |
1 cup | soy milk or almond milk |
1/2 cup | low fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 tsp. | ground cinnamon |
Pinch | nutmeg |
Using a blender, process ingredients until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
