1 large | onion |
1 | egg |
1/2 cup | fiber cereal |
1 tsp | oregano |
1/4 tsp | old bay spice |
Directions
Batter: Blend high-fiber ceral, old bay spice and oregano until fine. Dip onion in egg, then coat onion in batter. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375° F until golden.
