Preheat oven to 350ºf. bake peaches for about 20minutes. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar and the butter until soft dough forms (this is the shortcake recipe on the side of Bisquick Box). Remove peaches from oven.
Drop the dough on to the peaches by the teaspoon (tablespoon amount is too thick to cook all the way through).
Return to oven and bake for 12 minutes.
