Spicy Chili Noodles topped with Orange Glazed Chicken Caprial and John's Kitchen
    2 cups  sweet hot chili sauce, reduce to 1 1/2 cups
    2 tablespoons  soy sauce
    3 cloves  garlic, chopped
    1 tablespoon  chopped fresh ginger
    1/4 cup  vegetable oil
    1 pound  Chinese noodles, cooked exactly 5 minutes
    4  boneless chicken breast, julienne
    1 tablespoon  vegetable oil
    2 cloves  garlic, chopped
    1 tablespoon  chopped ginger
    1/4 cup  honey, omit, sauce is very sweet
    2 tablespoons  orange juice concentrate
    2 tablespoons  soy sauce
    2 teaspoons  Dijon mustard

To prepare the dressing, place the chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil in a bowl and whisk together. Place the cooked noodles in a large bowl and toss with the dressing. Place on a tray and set a side until ready to use.

To cook the chicken, heat oil until smoking hot, add the chicken and cook just until about half way cooked. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk and cook another 3 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through, pour over the waiting noodles and serve warm.
