CHICKEN - PAN FRY - Orange Glazed Chicken with Spicy Chili Noodles :]>

Spicy Chili Noodles topped with Orange Glazed Chicken Caprial and John's Kitchen | |
2 cups | sweet hot chili sauce, reduce to 1 1/2 cups |
2 tablespoons | soy sauce |
3 cloves | garlic, chopped |
1 tablespoon | chopped fresh ginger |
1/4 cup | vegetable oil |
1 pound | Chinese noodles, cooked exactly 5 minutes |
4 | boneless chicken breast, julienne |
1 tablespoon | vegetable oil |
2 cloves | garlic, chopped |
1 tablespoon | chopped ginger |
1/4 cup | honey, omit, sauce is very sweet |
2 tablespoons | orange juice concentrate |
2 tablespoons | soy sauce |
2 teaspoons | Dijon mustard |
To prepare the dressing, place the chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil in a bowl and whisk together. Place the cooked noodles in a large bowl and toss with the dressing. Place on a tray and set a side until ready to use.
To cook the chicken, heat oil until smoking hot, add the chicken and cook just until about half way cooked. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk and cook another 3 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through, pour over the waiting noodles and serve warm.
