Ingredients - 1 pd goat meat - gal Relic/ ginger paste - cayenne paper | |

3-4 | tomatoes |

- meethi / poppy seeds
- Garamond masala
Directions
1. Boil meat with garlic/ ginger paste till tender (cooker work best)
2. Add cayenne pepper, salt, haldi and cook 5-8 min
3. Add the tomatoes and lots of fresh shredded garlic cloves cook 5-10 min
4. Add the tomato paste ( cook 3-5 min)
5. add the meethi seeds and cumin seeds ( roast cumin seeds 2 min in pan and crush it for aroma) and Garam masala.
Serve with roti
