Pomodoro Sauce

| 2 Lbs | plum tomatoes |
| 5 cloves | garlic |
| 20 leaves | fresh basil |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 cup | parmesan cheese, grated |
| 8 oz | angel hair pasta |
1. Chop and sautee garlic in olive oil over low heat (so garlic won't burn)
2. Add diced tomatos, chopped basil, and salt
3. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes (Don't overcook!)
4. Serve over pasta
5. Great with grilled chicken breasts
