200 gr | mozzarella, (bufala) |
4 sottilette (grana grattuggiato) | |
100 gr | cotto o pancetta a cubetti |
Mettere pasta in pirofila con carta da forno.
Riempire con mozzarella, sottilette a pezzetti, cubetti di cotto, salare e pepare.
Chiudere bene pasta ai bordi (spennellare con uovo).
Mettere in forno caldo a 180-200*C per pochi minuti 20-25 min finché non dora.
