Flourless Nut Muffins
Nb persons: 12
| 2 1/2 c | Nuts,, ground |
| 1/4 c | Butter, melted |
| 1/4 c | Yogurt, or applesauce |
| 1/2 c | Honey, or Agave Nectar |
| 1/2 t | Baking soda, aluminum-free |
| 1/8 t | Sea salt |
| 3 | Eggs, beaten |
Preheat oven at 375°
Grind nuts (or use almond meal).
Add baking soda and salt, mix well.
Stir in yogurt, butter, honey and eggs.
Put in muffin cups.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
