Spicy Chocolate Truffles

1 t | cayanne pepper, or to taste |
1/4 t | cinammon |
12 oz | Dark Chocolate |
4 T | butter |
3/4 c | heavy cream |
6-8 oz | semi or dark chocolate |
Melt dark chocolate with butter over double boiler. Slowly beat hot cream into chocolate until all cream is absorbed.
Add cayanne pepper, cinammon or other flavorings or liquours. Cover and chill until mixture is firm. Form into balls, freeze until firm.
Melt semi or dark chocolate over double boiler. Dip truffles into chocolate and place on wax paper. Refrigerate or freeze until serving.
