<RecipeText>Preheat oven to 350?F. Place oven rack on the third slot in oven.

Cream together the margarine, sugar, and vanilla. Mix together the flour, crushed potato chips, and nuts. Mix together flour with the creamed mixture.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot

TIP: It took me about 8 batches of making these cookies before I figured out that the trick to making a perfect potato chip cookie is to bake it thoroughly. Sometimes we tend to underbake cookies to make them chewy. This is definitely supposed to be a crisp cookie.

This recipe comes from Aunt Lee's family cookbook, "Cookin' with the Palazzolo's." Hope you enjoy it!
