Minted lamb shank

First put a little olive oil in a pan and sear or brown of the shank on all sides, only takes around 3 mins.

Once done put lamb shank in the slow cooker and put the carrots shallots salt and pepper in the pan you used to brown of the shank cook for a few minutes then add the red wine and flour and cook for a few more minutes then add it to the slow cooker with the vegtable stock.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or overnight.
