Vegetable beef soup

| Brown soup meat in olive oil with 1 small chopped onion Add water and beef broth to make 8-10 cups liquid Can use 4-5 beef bullion cubes instead of broth | |
| 1 15 oz can | diced tomatoes |
| 1 large can | tomato sauce |
| 1/2 teas. Lawry seasoned salt Approx 1/2 catsup to taste | |
| 2-10 oz bags | frozen mixed vegetable |
| 2 cups | diced potatoes |
| 2 cans | vegetarian vegetable Soup |
I generally cook it in slow cooker on low for several hours
Cook until meat and veg are tender
I usually p re cook veg in microwave before adding to soup
