Ham glaze

| 10 Ibs ham | |
| 1 1/2 c | brown sugar |
| 3 tsp | spicy brown mustard |
| 1 8 oz can | crushed pineapple |
| 4 dashes | Tabasco |
| 1tsp | if soy sauce |
| 1 Tbs | fresh sliced ginger |
| Handful | cloves |
Soak ham in water 2-3 hours. Pat dry. Ace ham cut side down in roaster. Score ham in "X" and place cloves. Blend all other ingredients in food processor. Pour over ham. Bake 4 hours at 300 rent with foul.
