Beef Taco Bake
Nb persons: 4
1 lb. | lean ground beef |
1 cup | tomato soup canned, 10 3/4 oz. can |
1 cup | salsa |
1 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
1.5 cup | low fat milk |
6 | tortilla, cut into 1" pieces |
*in skillet over med.-high heat, cook beef until brown, drain
*add soup, slasa, milk, tortillas, and 1/2 of cheese
*spoon into 2 qt. shallow baking dish-cover
*bake @ 400' for 30 min. or until hot
*sprinkle on remaining cheese
