1 huevo
4 cdas de aceite
¾ taza azúcar integral
Ralladura de 1 limón y un poco de jugo
Poner 1 taza de avena en la licuadora para triturarla. Mezclar los ingredientes secos.
Batir con tenedor el huevo y mezclar con el aceite.
Unir los ingredientes.
Poner en una sartén. Formar las galletitas bien chatas. Llevar al horno moderado 7 a 10 minutos.
