Bacon Dip

One round | loaf of French or Sourdough bread |
12 | cooked and crumbled bacon slices |
1cup each: | |
grated cheese | |
Parmesan cheese | |
mayonnaise | |
One small | finely grated onion or you can use chopped green onions |
Cut top off bread and set aside. Hollow out the bread. Cut bread into cubes for serving or you can use crackers of your choice.
Mix ingredients and place in bread bowl. Place top of bread on dip mixture. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Crazy fattening but yummy for an occasional splurge.
