<RecipeText>Lavorate l&apos;impasto con il palmo della mano, fino a ottenere una pasta senza grumi, liscia, elastica e consistente.
Ponete la pasta in una insalatiera infarinata, coprite con un canovaccio e lasciate a lievitare per 1 ora, al caldo (circa 20 gradi).
Dividete la pasta con le mani, ricavando quattro dischi di circa 22 cm di diametro.
Trattenete l&apos;impasto come se fosse pasta da pane, schiacciate con forza con il palmo delle mani, dal centro verso i bordi, per togliere l&apos;aria.
Appiattite i dischi, lasciando il bordo esterno un po&apos; piĆ¹ spesso.
Disponete il condimento, lasciando sguarnito il bordo.
