Quakers Oatmeal Cookies

| 1 1/4 cup (2.5 sticks) | margarine |
| 3/4 cup | firmly packed brown sugar |
| 1/2 cup | granulated sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | baking soda |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| 1 teaspoon | cinnamon |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla |
| 1 1/2 cups | flour |
| 3 cups | Quaker oats |
| 1 cup | raisins |
Heat oven to 375. Beat together margarine + sugars until light fluffy. Beat in egg + vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; add to margarine mixture. Stir in raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-10 minutes.
