Hashbrown Casserole

2C | sour cream |
1 can | cream of chicken soup |
32 oz. | Southern Style potatoes, (thawed) |
4C | sharp cheddar cheese |
1 sleeve - Ritz crackers - crushed | |
1 stick | butter, (melted) |
Mix sour cream and soup together.
Add thawed potatoes and 2C cheese and spread in 9x13 dish.
Spread 2C of cheese on top.
Crush crackers and mix with melted butter.
Layer on top
Bake at 350* for 50 mins.
