<RecipeText>Tagliate a listarelle il prosciutto cotto (che avrete acquistato in 2 sole fette, possibilmente un po&apos; grasse); sgranate i pisellini.
Mettete sul fuoco un tegame con metà del burro, lo spicchio d&apos;aglio intero e fate cuocere il condimento a fuoco basso; poi fatevi sciogliere dentro il formaggio cremoso, che avrete in precedenza lavorato con una forchetta per renderlo ancora più morbido.
Continuate a mescolare fino a ottenere una crema omogenea, poi unite i pisellini (che devono essere tenerissimi e richiedere quindi pochi minuti di cottura) e il prosciutto; salate, pepate e fate cuocere per 10 minuti circa, mescolando spesso.
Nel frattempo fate cuocere la pasta, scolatela al dente e trasferitela in una terrina di servizio ben calda; conditela con il burro rimasto e l&apos;intingolo preparato.
Aggiungete una buona manciata di parmigiano e servite subito.
