<RecipeText>Preparazione:

Pulite la zucca e tagliatela a dadini di piccole dimensioni. Sgusciate le code dei gamberi e tritate la cipolla finemente.
In una padella in aderente dai bordi alti fate scaldare poco olio extravergine quindi soffriggete la cipolla a fiamma media per qualche minuto girando spesso in modo che non si bruci.
Aggiungete la zucca e un goccio di acqua quindi proseguite la cottura.
Sfumate la zucca con un goccio di vino bianco, coprite la padella e abbassate la fiamma. Quando la zucca sarà morbida aggiungete il riso e mescolate bene.
Portate a cottura il riso aggiungendo di volta in volta poco brodo. Insieme all’ultimo mestolo di brodo aggiungete le code dei gamberi, che hanno pochissima cottura, e la bustina di zafferano in polvere.
Mescolate bene, portate a cottura e regolate di sale e spezie a piacere prima di portare in tavola.
