| Sauté the followings ingredients together in a large pot: | |

| Carrots | |
| Garlic 4-5 cloves crushed not smashed or diced | |
| 1 can | mexi corn, (undrained) |
| Julio's seasonings several dashes Add to soup pot: 1 pckg chili lime fajita chicken thighs gojito tomato base Rinse with water into pot | |
| 3cups | water |
Boil together several hours till chicken easily shreds and boil another hour or so.
