American style pancakes

| 1 cup | and a third flour |
| 2 tbs | cooking oil |
| 1 tsp | ground cinnamon |
| 2tbs | sugar |
| 1tsp | baking powder, (or just use self raising flour) |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 cup | milk, (adjust to get consistency of double cream) |
Mix ingredients well to get plenty of air in it to about consistency of double cream, pour into a hot pan til a 4 inch/8cm puddle made, flip pancake when bubbles start to form, take of when risen.
