<RecipeText>Full bulb purple garlic into oil crush bruise with hand leave some with skin on
Put on cherry vine tomatoes
Add asparagus,wash first break one to see where roots are then line up with others and cut off all stalks
Put straight on top of tomatoes
Add rosemary 4-5 sprigs
Add thyme sprigs 5-6
One or 2 bay leafs
Shake everything all around turn tomatoes over
Add salt on top of everything
Add pepper over everything
Turn down to med heat
Let cook for 5 - 10 mins then add lemon juice once ready to serve to mix with the oils
Either serve in pan or pour into dish
