Orange Maple Glaze

1 cup | Orange juice |
1/2 cup | dry white wine |
1/2 | maple syrup |
2 TS | fresh rosemary |
1/2 TS | salt |
1/2 TS | fresh ground black pepper |
2 TBS | butter |
2 TBS | olive oil |
1. Bring OJ and wine to boil in small saucepan, reduce heat slightly, keep high enough to continue boil for 5 mins stirring occasionally, stir in syrup continue boiling for another 5-6 mins until glossy and slightly thickened.
2. In small bowl mix rosemary salt& pepper, rub on chicken.
3. Melt butter and olive oil
