Ham Soup

    7 cups  peeled & diced potatoes
    2/3 cup  diced celery
    2/3 cup  finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 cups  diced cooked ham
    6 1/2 cups  water
    4 TBS  chicken bouillon granules
    1 TS  salt
    2 TS  ground pepper
    10 TBS  all purpose flour
    4 cups  milk

1. Potatoes, celery, onion, ham, water in pot, boil med heat until potatoes are tender, 10-15 mins stir in chicken bouillon salt and pepper.
2. Separate pan melt butter over med-low heat, whisk in flour with fork. Cook until thick, 1 min, slowly stir in milk not allowing lumps to form. Continue stirring med-low 4-5 mins.
3. Stir milk mixture into pot, cook till heated through.
