Ham Soup

7 cups | peeled & diced potatoes |
2/3 cup | diced celery |
2/3 cup | finely chopped onion |
1 1/2 cups | diced cooked ham |
6 1/2 cups | water |
4 TBS | chicken bouillon granules |
1 TS | salt |
2 TS | ground pepper |
10 TBS | all purpose flour |
4 cups | milk |
1. Potatoes, celery, onion, ham, water in pot, boil med heat until potatoes are tender, 10-15 mins stir in chicken bouillon salt and pepper.
2. Separate pan melt butter over med-low heat, whisk in flour with fork. Cook until thick, 1 min, slowly stir in milk not allowing lumps to form. Continue stirring med-low 4-5 mins.
3. Stir milk mixture into pot, cook till heated through.
