<RecipeText>

Rinse and pat dry chicken pieces.  In medium bowl, combine oil, garlic, sherry, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and cayenne pepper.  Mix well.  Add chicken pieces and turn to coat.  Marinate at room temperature, turning once or twice, 30-60 minutes.

Prepare medium-hot fire in grill or preheat broiler.  Set chicken 6-inches from heat, turning, and basting every 10 minutes, until browned outside and white and moist inside (about 25 minutes).
