1 pound | ground beef |
1 cup | chopped onion |
2 tablespoons | McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cocoa Chile Blend |
1 teaspoon | McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garlic Powder |
1 teaspoon | McCormick® Gourmet Collection Oregano Leaves, Mexican |
1/2 teaspoon | McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cumin, Ground |
1/2 teaspoon | salt |
1 can (15 ounces) | black beans, drained and rinsed |
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) | diced tomatoes, undrained |
1 can (8 ounces) | tomato sauce |
1. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes. Drain fat. 2. Stir in spices and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped onion and corn chips, if desired. per serving Calories: 271 | |
