For a quick chili with long-simmering flavor, try this ground beef chili. It's seasoned with Gourmet Collection Cocoa Chile Blend, Ground Cumin and Oregano. Cook Time: 15 minutes
    1 pound  ground beef
    1 cup  chopped onion
    2 tablespoons  McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cocoa Chile Blend
    1 teaspoon  McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garlic Powder
    1 teaspoon  McCormick® Gourmet Collection Oregano Leaves, Mexican
    1/2 teaspoon  McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cumin, Ground
    1/2 teaspoon  salt
    1 can (15 ounces)  black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can (14 1/2 ounces)  diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 can (8 ounces)  tomato sauce
1. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes. Drain fat. 2. Stir in spices and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped onion and corn chips, if desired. per serving Calories: 271
