| 1 small | onion chopped |
| Potatoes | |
| 1 12 oz can | kidney beans, drained |
| 1 12 oz can | tomato sauce |
| Season salt | |
| Pepper | |
| Salt onion | |
| Salt | |
| Garlic salt | |
In a bowl, mix tomato sauce with 1 can water
Peel potatoes and slice
Brown ground beef; drain & add seasonings
Line bottom of casserole with potatoes
Add onion
Layer 1/2 of beans
Add 1/2 of hamburger
Pour 1/2 of tomato sauce over the top
Layer remaining beans, hamburger and sauce
Cover with foil
Bake at 375 for 1 hour
Check potatoes to confirm they are done
