Portate a ebollizione abbondante acqua in una pentola. Salatela e tuffatevi gli spaghetti, cuocendoli al dente. Dato che la

preparazione e gia molto saporita per via dell?intingolo usato come condimento, si consiglia di salare poco la pasta.

Nel frattempo fate scaldare l?olio extravergine d?oliva in una padella. Quando l?olio sara ben caldo, unitevi l?aglio sbucciato e

leggermente schiacciato e il peperoncino sbriciolato in maniera piuttosto grossolana. Mescolate e fate appassire a fuoco dolce.

Scolate gli spaghetti e versateli in una zuppiera. Conditeli con l?olio aromatizzato cui avrete tolto l?aglio e il peperoncino,

mescolate bene. Profumate con il prezzemolo mondato e tritato finemente.

Aggiungete la colatura di alici, mescolate molto bene e servite subito in tavola.
