| 1c | milk |
| 1c | flour |
| 1tsp | sugar |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 2tsp | baking powder |
| 1/4c | veg. Oil |
Separate eggs and whip whites until soft peaks form. In a bowl, blend yolks, milk, flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Add veg oil, do not over mix.
Fold in egg whites and mix well with a fork or whisk.
