COME SI PREPARA

Scaldate 3 cucchiai d&apos;olio in una padella capiente, fate dorare gli spicchi d&apos;aglio mondati e tagliati in quarti, quindi unite gli spinaci e fateli cuocere per qualche minuto. A parte scaldate la quantità d&apos;acqua prevista dalle istruzioni. Unitevi gli spinaci e, un attimo prima dell&apos;ebollizione, versate la farina a cucchiaiate mescolando bene con la frusta dopo ogni aggiunta. Ultimate la cottura per il tempo indicato sulla confezione. Versate la polenta in una grossa ciotola ricoperta da un telo, quindi ricopritela con i lembi stessi del telo e lasciatela raffreddare. Staccatela dalla forma e rovesciatela su un tagliere. Tagliatela a fette dello spessore di 1-2 cm. che farete dorare in padella con 2 cucchiai d&apos;olio. A parte rosolate nell&apos;olio la cipolla tagliata a pezzetti, salate, quindi unite la zucca, le uvette, un pizzico di noce moscata e uno di cannella e fate cuocere sino a che la zucca sarà tenera. Servite la polenta con la zucca saltata. Pepate a piacere.
