Ridurre a cubetti il pesce spada e dorarlo nell&apos;olio; tritare insieme la cipolla e i capperi e aggiungere al pesce, facendo rosolare a fuoco dolce, sfumare con il vino bianco, aggiungere il pomodoro, qualche cucchiata d&apos;acqua, sale e pepe e far cuocere piano e coperto per circa 20 minuti. Cuocere la pasta e condire con il sugo e abbondante prezzemolo tritato.
