<RecipeText>Preparazione:
Con le forbici da cucina eliminare eventuali nervetti o grasso eccessivo dalle fettine di carne, poi tagliarle in bocconcini quadrati di circa due cm. di lato.
In un&apos;ampia padella antiaderente versare l&apos;olio e mettervi a sfrigolare l&apos;aglio privo di camicia dopo averlo schiacciato sotto la lama di un grosso coltello;
quando l&apos;aglio รจ imbiondito, ma non bruciato toglierlo via; versare il contenuto della scatola di pomidoro nella padella con l&apos;olio fumante, salare e pepare ed abbassando la fiamma portare a cottura in dieci minuti la salsa;
aggiungere alla fine il prezzemolo finemente tritato e versare subito nella salsa i quadrotti di carne oppotunamente sciacquati ed asciugati;
tenendo sempre bassa la fiamma lasciar cuocere la carne rimestandola di tanto in tanto con un mestolino di legno;
dopo 15 minuti spegnere il fuoco e salare e pepare la carne q.b. fuori dal fuoco; spargere il 1/2 cucchiaio di origano sulla carne, rimestare il tutto e servir la pietanza in un ampio piatto accompagnandola o con patate fritte o insalata verde.
