1/4l Weingeist (aus derApotheke) über 250g Zucker gießen. 5 Eidotter mit 1 Vanilliezucker schaumig rühren .Dann 1/4l Schlagobers und 1/8 l Kaffeeobers unterrühren. Anschließend das Zucker Weingeist -Gemisch gut unterrühren. In Flaschen abfüllen und kühl stellen (nicht im Kühlschrank ! )
