1 (15 oz) | canned corn,, (DO NOT DRAIN) |
1 (14 oz) | canned cream corn |
2 | eggs, slightly beaten |
6 tablespoons | butter, melted |
4 ounces (1/2 cup) | sour cream |
1 (8-1/2 oz) box | Jiffy cornbread mix |
1/4 cup | sugar, (optional) |
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients together until well mixed.
2. Pour in greased 8 x 8-inch baking.
3. Bake 1-hour at 350°F, (NO LID)
