SATAY BEEF
    3 tbsp  satay paste, (silver can called BBQ sauce at Eastern Market – remove oil on top)
    3 tbsp  oyster sauce
    1 tbsp  salt
    2 tbsp  peanuts, (for each plate – optional)
    1-2 tsp  hot sauce, (oil paste)
    ½ c  potato starch with water to thicken
    ½ c  soya sauce and minced garlic, (2 cloves garlic)
    8 c.  mixed vegetables
    1 pkg  rice noodle, (squares)
    1 pkg  beef, (inside round, sirloin, doesn’t matter)

Cook oil, garlic mixture and satay paste. Add beef strips (thinly sliced). Cook until meat is cooked through. Add other sauces and salt. Cook for a few minutes. Add veggies and cook until veggies are done to your liking.
