SATAY BEEF | |
3 tbsp | satay paste, (silver can called BBQ sauce at Eastern Market – remove oil on top) |
3 tbsp | oyster sauce |
1 tbsp | salt |
2 tbsp | peanuts, (for each plate – optional) |
1-2 tsp | hot sauce, (oil paste) |
½ c | potato starch with water to thicken |
½ c | soya sauce and minced garlic, (2 cloves garlic) |
8 c. | mixed vegetables |
1 pkg | rice noodle, (squares) |
1 pkg | beef, (inside round, sirloin, doesn’t matter) |
Cook oil, garlic mixture and satay paste. Add beef strips (thinly sliced). Cook until meat is cooked through. Add other sauces and salt. Cook for a few minutes. Add veggies and cook until veggies are done to your liking.
