Glazed Salmon

| Salmon filets | |
| 3 tbs | hoisin sauce |
| 3 tbs | maple syrup |
| 1 tbs | white wine vinegar |
| 1 tsp | Greg ginger |
Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet w/ foil & spray w/ cooking spray. Mix all ingredients into a thick glaze. Bake salmon for 10mins. Remove from oven & glaze salmon. Bake for another 5 mins or until opaque in center
