Hashbrown Casserole

| 2lb | bag southern style hashbrowns |
| 10 oz package | shredded cheddar cheese |
| 8 oz carton | sour cream |
| 1 can | cream of chicken soup |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tap pepper | |
| 2 sticks | melted butter, (divided) |
| Bread crumbs | |
Mix all ingredients and one stick of melted butter and spoon into a lightly greased baking dish and cover with bread crumbs. Drizzle with one stick of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
