Place doughnut on a stick. Decorate doughnut with red icing to give blood shot looking effect. Dab a bit of icing in center of doughnut and stick lifesaver gummy in the middle. Add the chocolate chip in center of gummy. Stand up in bowl filled with candy to make a center piece.
