Parmesan Bread

    For Large Loaf:  
    1 c.  water
    1 large  egg
    1/4 c.  butter, cut into small pieces
    3 c .  bread flour
    1/3 c.  grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tb.  sugar
    2 tsp.  dried onion flakes
    1 tsp.  salt
    1/2 tsp.  garlic salt
    1 pkg.  active dry yeast
      
    For Regular Loaf:  
    1/2 c.  water
    2 Tb.  egg substitute
    2 Tb.  butter, cut into small pieces
    1 1/2 c.  bread flour
    2 1/2 Tb.  Parmesan cheese
    1 Tb.  sugar
    1 tsp.  dried onion flakes
    1/2 tsp.  salt
    1/4 tsp.  garlic salt
    2 tsp.  active dry yeast

Combine all ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions. Process in regular bake cycle. Remove from baking pan, and cool on wire rack.
