Parmesan Bread

For Large Loaf: | |
1 c. | water |
1 large | egg |
1/4 c. | butter, cut into small pieces |
3 c . | bread flour |
1/3 c. | grated Parmesan cheese |
2 Tb. | sugar |
2 tsp. | dried onion flakes |
1 tsp. | salt |
1/2 tsp. | garlic salt |
1 pkg. | active dry yeast |
For Regular Loaf: | |
1/2 c. | water |
2 Tb. | egg substitute |
2 Tb. | butter, cut into small pieces |
1 1/2 c. | bread flour |
2 1/2 Tb. | Parmesan cheese |
1 Tb. | sugar |
1 tsp. | dried onion flakes |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
1/4 tsp. | garlic salt |
2 tsp. | active dry yeast |
Combine all ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions. Process in regular bake cycle. Remove from baking pan, and cool on wire rack.
