    8  White Mushrooms
    1 can  Beef Broth
    1 can  Beef Consume
    1 med.  Onion
    1 package  Egg Noodles
    1 teaspoon  Crushed Garlic
    2-1/2 lb.  Round Steak
      Salt
      Pepper
      Onion Powder
      Garlic Powder
    2 tablespoons  Sour Cream
    1 1/4 cup  Heavy Cream
    2 tablespoons  oil

Cube or thinly slice round steak and brown in 1 tablespoon oil and 1/3 can of broth, dry spices and 1/2 of garlic. Move to crock pot once browned, add remaining broth enough to cover meat, remaining garlic and cook on High 2-3 hours until tender.

Boil water for noodles. Thinly slice mushrooms and dice onions. Sauté mushrooms and onions until the onions are tender. Add round steak from crock pot, heavy cream, sour cream and consume to mushroom and onions. If additional thickening is needed add 1 tablespoon of flour to cold water and then add to skillet. Cook without boiling until thickened.
