Tarte aux pommes à l'ancienne.

| 250 g | sucre |
| 200 g | farine |
| Vanille | |
| 150 g | crème liquide |
Blanchir les œufs et le sucre. Ajouter la farine, la vanille puis la crème liquide. Mouler l'appareil dans un moule a tarte. Couper les pommes et les disposer.
Cuire 25 à 30 min à 180 C.
