<RecipeText>Lessare con acqua fredda le patate a pasta gialla x 40@, sbucciarle e passarle schiacciapatate. Pulire la verza, sbollentate x pochi minuti in acqua salata.
Ungere una pirofila con olio e spolverizzare con pangrattato. Foderare con uno strato di verza, unire 1/3 del passato di patate e livellare, coprite con formaggio e ripetere la sequenza degli ingredienti, terminando con uno strato di patate, ricoprire con le foglie di verza. Mettere in forno preriscaldato a 180@ x 40 m
