Cheese fondue

1tsp | Fresh Lemon Juice |
400ml | W/Wine |
350g | Gruyere Cheese Grated |
350g | Emmentaler Cheese Grated |
1tsp | Cornflour |
2tsp | Kirch |
Pinch | Nutmeg |
1 clove | garlic |
1. Rub the inside of a heave based pot with garlic. Pour in the wine and lemon juice and heat tile simmering point.
2. Turn the heat down add the cheese, just so that the mixture bubbles.
3. When th ehceese has melted add the cornflour, kirsch and season.
4. Serve
