Stuffed Mushrooms

| 1 | onion |
| 2 slices | boiled ham |
| 1/4 cup | seasoned bread crumbs |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 cup | cheese |
| 2 Tbsp | oil |
| 1/4 lb | ground beef |
| 1/3 cup | sherry |
| 1 tsp | garlic powder |
| 1/2 tsp | pepper |
Clean the mushrooms ... Remove stems
Chop onions ... Cook with beef in oil.
Add stems, ham and sherry
Cook 5 minutes
Add crumbs, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Heap into mushroom caps
Sprinkle with cheese
Broil 7-10 minutes
