Gâteau d'ananas à la noix de coco

| 200 g | farine |
| 50 g | noix de coco râpée |
| 150 g | sucre |
| 100 g | beurre |
| 2 | oeufs |
| 20 cl | lait, (oui, autant! C'est ce qui va donner tout le moelleux!) |
| 1 sachet | levure |
| 300 g | ananas en dés |
Préparation :
Mélanger le beurre et la noix de coco.
Puis le sucre.
Ajouter les oeufs.
Puis la farine et la levure.
Et enfin, le lait et l'ananas.
Verser dans un moule à manqué.
Cuire 30 min à 200°, thermostat 6-7, à mi-hauteur.
