<RecipeText>Break up yeast cakes and dissolve yeast cakes in warm water.
Melt butter in milk in sauce pan on stove ... Let cool (warm is OK)
Put flour in a pot about "ham pot" size ... Add sugar and salt in with flour ... Mix well with your hands.
Stir your flour up from the bottom and make a hole in the middle.
Mix yeast and milk - pour the milk mixture in - all except about 1/2 cup - hold out ... You can add it later ... Some flour needs more than other.
Mix the whole thing together with your hands until it is all good and spongy.
Cover pot and let rise (Put pot in the oven turned on Warm)
Don't be lifting the cover as that stops it from raising - it is supposed to be up to the top in 1 hour ... Then, take it out of oven & punch a hole in the middle.
Now, set it back in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Take it down and punch it down again.
Make the buns ... 3 little balls in each muffin cup.
Let the buns raise in the pan.
Put in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes and they will come out perfect.

Good luck.
